Conroe Crossroads

The inaugural Conroe Crossroads Music Festival starts this week. You won’t want to miss this if you like live music. There are so many local venues and musicians that I will try to present all the pertinent information below.

Dates

On Thursday, April 7th through Sunday, April 10th, Conroe will proudly host this mega-music festival.

Venues

There are eight main venues for the Conroe Crossroads Music Festival. The Conroe Art League, The Corner Pub, Pacific Yard House, The Red Brick Tavern, The Table at Madeley, 202 Main, and Conroe Founder’s Plaza are all in Downtown Conroe. Margaritaville Lake Resort is another venue for the festival. The shows will be from 6 p.m. to closing at the venues and tickets will be required. Daytime activities are free and open to the public.

Bands & Musicians

Forty bands and musicians are scheduled to fill the air with their music and entertain large crowds during this first annual music festival. Local talent like Amber Digby and Cannon Brand will be playing. You will hear everything from country to zydeco to folk music at the festival. They even have scheduled music geared for children. Check out the schedule to see when and where your favorites will be playing.

Tickets

The cost of the Conroe Crossroads Music Festival is $42.50 a person. You will receive a wristband and admittance to the festival all four days. When you think of it like that is a bargain price. VIP wristbands are also available for $100 and include some nice perks. You can pay online for the tickets and pick up your wristbands from the box office at the Conroe Art League. Or you can also pay at each venue the day of the event. Definitely the most economical purchase is the wristband.

It is exciting to see such a big concert event planned for Conroe. Hopefully, it will a great experience for the attendees as well as the performers. The Lake Conroe area always has something going on. Here is to the inaugral Conroe Crossroads Music Festival and many more in the future!
