2nd Annual Beer Wine and Crawfish Festival

The 2nd Annual Craft Beer, Wine, and Crawfish Festival is coming to Lake Conroe this week! Prepare for local breweries, wineries, and of course crawfish galore. Experience all of this with live music on the banks of beautiful Lake Conroe.

Date, Place, & Time

Saturday, February 26th beginning at 2:00 p.m. the festival will begin. Margaritaville Lake Resort is hosting it again on its premises. The festival will run for 3 hours until 5:00 p.m.

Leading Details

To attend you need a ticket, which you can purchase here for $32 per person. The cost of the ticket does NOT include the crawfish. It must be purchased there. Also you must be 21 years of age or older. You are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.

Local Breweries

You will receive pours from each of the different breweries present as part of your ticket price. The local breweries will be B-52, Southern Star Brewing Company, and Fass Brewery. In addition,  Texas Brewery Tours will be there. I have highlighted places like B-52 and Southern Star on this blog. Click on this link to read more about them.

Local Wineries

There are two wineries that will be present for the 2nd Annual Craft Beer, Wine, and Crawfish Festival. The first is Bernhardt Winery in Grimes County. I have highlighted them on this blog also in an article called, Wine and Margaritas Pair Perfectly in Lake Conroe. The second is H Wine. The latter is located in Coldspring, Texas. It was founded by two Frenchman, but use only Texas grapes.

Live Music

The Joe Blues Band will be performing throughout the festival. Additionally, they will continue playing during the after party. Stay longer at Margaritaville from 5-7 p.m. enjoying the band and drinks from the Boathouse Bar.

The 2nd Annual Craft Beer, Wine, and Crawfish Festival sounds like the place to be on Saturday. Fresh crawfish, friends, and fun is a winning combination. Then add to that local beer and wines and you can’t go wrong.
