I am happy to announce Lara DeHaven as a new team member to The Goins Team! The Lord has been so gracious to me over these past 18+ years in the real estate business. As He has provided the growth it’s been a prayer of mine that I could have more help in completing the job well while being able to maintain a proper balance with my Lord and my family. Lara has helped with that in many ways over the years. She has been an answer to my prayer, and this new step to become a licensed realtor will add an exciting new dimension for both of us.

Newest Team Member

Lara has worked for The Goins Team for years as the marketing department. From social media posts, email blasts, newsletters, and more, Lara has handled the day-to-day details of that side of the business. She also writes content for the blog. All this work has enabled her to learn about the real estate business, especially the Lake Conroe market.

Earlier this year, she became a licensed agent for the state of Texas. She also became a Lake Homes Realty agent. This was a strategic next step for our team that I’m excited about. Lara is a lover of people, trustworthy, diligent, and has a strong faith. She has proven herself faithful and I have great confidence in her as a team member who will strive to honor the Lord as we serve Him by serving others.

A Little Background

Lara DeHaven is a sixth-generation Texas girl, who grew up for most of her life in Grimes County. She graduated from Texas A&M University and pursued a career in teaching at the secondary level. Lara taught for five years in the Navasota Independent School District.

She married the love of her life and together they raised five children. Lara invested in her family by becoming a stay-at-home mom and home educating her children. She currently is finishing up the education of her last two boys. Her three oldest children are married, and she has two grandchildren with one on the way. Throughout her life, family has always been a priority.
