Do you love live music? Then Montgomery County is the place to be. Not only do restaurants and venues offer live music throughout the year, the city of Conroe hosts a free concert series starting in the spring and ending in the fall. The First Thursday Concert Series kicks off this week.
Time and Place
On the first Thursdays of the month, head out to Heritage Place Park. It sits at 500 Metcalf Street in Conroe. The concerts begin at 7:00 p.m. No tickets are needed. The first concert in this series is this Thursday, April 10th.

July 10- Texas Eagles Band plays a tribute to The Eagles

September 4- Elev8tors play 70’s and 80’s classic rock
Free Concerts
The First Thursday Concert Series is always free. Bring chairs or a blanket to sit on. Food and beverages are allowed, too. The city also brings food trucks on-site. Therefore, you can bring or buy your dinner. There is not much in life that is free, but these evenings are whether you reside in Conroe or not. Come out and enjoy live music with your friends and family.
