According to their website, “Head Chef Rick Adams & Chef Jeff Angelo have crafted a menu of dishes using the finest seasonal produce. Taking inspiration from over 50 years of combined culinary creations, all the dishes on our menu are designed with one word in mind, ‘YUM!'” The Eatery at Hodge Podge Lodge serves brunch 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. They serve dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations are highly encouraged; although, walk-ins are accepted. You can make them here.
Everything is prepared daily, including salad dressings. As you would expect along with gourmet meals, excellent table service from experienced servers is a treat. You taste the difference in the fresh, well-prepared food as well as sense the difference in the way they serve each and every customer. Dining at Hodge Podge Lodge is an experience.
