Enjoy the October 2017 Newsletter. October was an interesting month for Lake Conroe. Post Harvey cleanup was going on in areas downstream from the dam, on creeks that feed into the San Jacinto River, and on older homes around the lake that were built too low. However, for the vast majority of the area our home owners were the ones helping those down in Houston or effected areas as our Lake Conroe area faired very well during the worst recorded flood event in recent history.

This PDF was put out by the San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA). The SJRA controls the Lake Conroe area and dam. The PDF shows where the waters rose and where the flooding occurred for our area.
