Lake Homes Realty just named Mike Goins the “Agent of the Year” with the 2022 Splash Award. Every year they hold an Agent Summit in Birmingham, Alabama. On the last night of the summit, they announce winners of various awards. For many years, Mike has brought home the prestigious Big Wave Award, which recognizes $10 million+ sales in a year. However Mike was pleasantly surprised to hear his name announced for the Splash Award last weekend.
Splash Award
Lake Homes Realty only awards the Splash Award to one agent each year. It is based on both sales and business management. Agents are ranked in six key areas throughout the year. The areas they rank are: “the number of transaction sides closed, total transaction volume, net by side commission percentage of closed transactions, list side commission percentage of closed transactions, and percentage increase of year-over-year transaction volume.” In other words, winning the Splash Award means the agent is a top-performing real estate agent.
