The February 2018 Newsletter is ready!

There are some interesting developments regarding Lake Conroe as the new year starts to heat up. Spring and daylights savings time usually mark the beginning of a busy time for real estate. This issue has the normal update to the numbers for our area, and they were pretty interesting this month. It’s always interesting to see how the number this year stack up to the numbers from the same time last you. Lake Conroe is exploding with activity which bodes well for the future.
