In the spirit of the Thanksgiving holiday, it is appropriate to reflect on the past year and show gratitude in an open letter of Thanksgiving. Our hearts at Mike Goins Real Estate overflow as we consider the countless ways the Lord has blessed us. So, the question really is—where to begin?
God
The best place to start pouring out thanksgiving is with the Lord. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change” (James 1:17). Therefore, we begin with Him. Every client, every offer, and every closing is a gift from God. Mike Goins Real Estate praises him publicly on social media with every closing and we will continue giving credit to whom credit is due. “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain” (Psalm 127:1). We recognize that without the Lord’s blessing, we would be laboring in vain.
Family
Without the support of our families, we would not be free to work as hard for our clients. While I have more standard work hours, Mike Goins does not. Being a real estate agent requires long days and often late nights. Work also follows him on vacation. His family’s understanding and support enables Mike to serve his clients as he would want to be served. Without it, he would not be as available to his client’s needs.

Depending on which relationship you claim with us, we would not have a business if you did not choose Mike Goins Real Estate for your real estate needs. Whether you buy, sell, or lease, we appreciate your business. Many of you are repeat clients and that means more than you could imagine.
