Father's Day Events

Father’s Day will be celebrated this Sunday, June 18th. We honor men in our lives who stand up and take on the responsibility of raising children each year. It is always helpful to know what options we have in our area. Therefore, today we are going to explore three Father’s Day events in the Lake Conroe area for 2023.

Breakwater Grille

In Walden, Breakwater Grille is hosting a Father’s Day Fun event. It begins at 11 a.m. on Sunday. Sign up to compete in a corn hole tournament before noon that day. The contest begins at 1 p.m. They are holding a “Grandpa Shorts/Dad Shorts” Contest. The winner will be awarded two dozen wings as a prize plus bragging rights for a year. Additionally, there will be live music from 4 to 7 p.m. So come out and relax with your dad while also having fun.

Dads & Drafts

Does your dad enjoy bowling? If so, consider taking him to Time to Spare in Conroe. They are promoting a BOGO event for dads. So with a purchased game, fathers get to play free. You can order pitchers of draft beer from Sandbagger’s Pub while you attempt to beat your dad at bowling. Chat with your dad, make memories, and have good family fun at a Time to Spare between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Sunday.

Dine at Market Street

For great shopping and dining, Market Street in The Woodlands is a hot spot. Starting today and through Sunday, they have a photo op set up in the park. Therefore, you can finish off your dad’s special day with a great family photo in his honor.

What a variety of things to do with your father! In addition to these three Father’s Day events, many restaurants in the Lake Conroe area are hosting special father’s day menus. Lake Conroe is always a great place to boat, tube, fish, and more. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you keep your dad in mind. What would make him feel loved and appreciated? To all the dads, we wish you a wonderful Father’s Day.
